We’re talking about our divine and renowned Sea Salt & Herb Roast Prime Rib of Beef dish. Trying this Dallas menu favorite is going to take some tough decision making to get it just the way you want. Select a Cut 

 

When ordering, you’ll have the option of choosing between three cuts, the petite, traditional, and the chamberlain cute. The petite cut, a portion of 8 ounces is priced at just $29. If you’d prefer a portion a bit more hearty, opt for the traditional 12 ounce cut priced at $39. Naturally, we recommend our namesake, the chamberlain cut. At 20 ounces, it’s not for the faint of heart but it completes a meal you’ll remember for a lifetime and is priced at $52. 

 

Choose a Sauce 

 

Once you’ve landed on a cut, the next choice you’ll be make likely won’t be as easy. Choose between our French béarnaise sauce, our porcini mushroom-madeira butter, or the fresh farmstead blue cheese butter. The sauce you opt for will depend on what you’re in the mood for. You may be tempted to ask us for a recommendation but each sauce truly makes for a match made in heaven, you truly can’t go wrong. 

 

Regardless of which cut and sauce you select, your dish will be served with homemade au jus, garlic mashed potatoes, and horseradish cream. It may be indulgent but that’s part of what makes our Sea Salt & Herb Roast Prime Rib entrée the renowned dish that it is.
